Toshi Sabri ‘Amul Star Voice Of India’ Singer Injured In Road Accident Toshi Sabri |
Former Amul Star Voice of India finalist Toshi Sabri was rushed to hospital after he met with a car accident on the Pune-Nashik highway on Wednesday morning. In the tragic accident his band mate Abdul Aatik died on the spot while Toshi, his manager and two other band members suffered injuries.
Toshi is admitted to Wockhardt hospital in Nashik and is diagnosed with a broken hip bone. Currently he is under observation and will undergo an operation.
Sharib Sabri, brother of the singer informed, "I was in Mumbai when I came to know that my brother has had an accident. Toshi is in a critical condition. He will undergo an operation tonight or tomorrow morning.”
The accident took place when the group was returning to Mumbai after performing in Shirdi. The car was hit by a truck.
Saddened with the death of Abdul, Sharib said, "Abdul was our main guy and his death is a huge loss for us. He is a family guy with a young child and that makes it all the more tragic.”
Toshi started his official music career from the film Raaz - The Mystery Continues in the Blockbuster track Maahi. Toshi and Sharib, known as the Sabri brothers composed the super hit track of maahi and maahi rock with me version.
Other than this, he has also composed music for films like Jashnn, Jail and Veer.
