When it comes to suspense thrillers in Malayalam the names of K Madhu and S N Swamy combo rushes to the mind of Keralites. They had been weaving such an incredible success in this genre that around ten super hits are in the list, from this immensely successful duo.
Mammootty had done most of their films as the investigative officer including CBI Diarykurippu and its three sequels. Some had featured Suresh Gopi, as well. But in their new flick ‘Rahasya Police’ that is getting ready for release, it is Jayaram who is coming up as the investigative officer. An action packed suspense thriller, the movie is expected to change the soft family man image of the actor.
‘Rahasya Police’ is inspired by Peter Seller's 'Pink Panther' series and will be an investigative comedy adventure. The movie follows the happenings around the investigation of a murder case of Bhadra, a college girl who excelled in her studies as well as in her extra-curricular activities. The highlight of this murder mystery will be the three different roles of Jayaram. He will be appearing as the investigative officer S I Rajan, and a local Goonda Chalai Mani, who is on a secret mission. The third role of the star is kept as a big secret.
Jayaram has three heroines in the film Samvratha Sunil, Sindhu Menon and Ananya of Nadodigal fame, apart from Mangala and Shivani who are there to increase the glamour quotient.
Produced by veteran producer Siyad Kokker, this fun and suspense movie has been shot in a single schedule at Thodupuzha, will be the immediate release from Jayaram.
