Actress Natalie Portman says that according to her the sensuous lesbian sex scene in the movie Black Swan is the selling point of the flick. The Israeli-American actress who received overwhelming response from the critics for her performance in physiological thriller says that the steamy lesbian love making scene is an important factor behind the success of the movie.
Portman is seen making love with Mila Kunis in the movie.
The actress was quoted as saying, "Everyone was so worried about who was going to want to see this movie.”I remember them being like, ``How do you get guys to a ballet movie? How do you get girls to a thriller? The answer is a lesbian scene. Everyone wants to see that.”
In the meantime, the actress underwent tough physical and emotional stress and eventually lost 20 pounds in order to get the ballet dancer’s figure.
"There were some nights that I thought I literally was going to die. It was the first time I understood how you could get so wrapped up in a role that it could sort of take you down," added Portman.
