Prakash Jha’s Raajneeti’ is a much talked about film in the Bollywood industry, where we will get to see Katrina Kaif in a new challenging role as a female protagonist for the first time in the screen.
Film personalities of Bhopl unit feels that Katrina Kaif has done an exemplary work as a female protagonist in ‘Rajneeti’ and deserves to win the National award for her role.
More over Katrina is expecting the same, as the source reports, “Katrina is very keen on winning a National Award. She doesn’t seem to hanker after the rest of the awards, but yes, on the sets she often mentioned that winning the National Award would mean the world to her.”
Even Prakash Jha has his eyes on the National Award and keeping his level of his work in ‘Rajneeti’ up to the standard.
He is ecstatic about Arjun Rampal’s win for the National Award, but for his film ‘Rajneeti’ he expects much result from Ranbir Kapoor, Prakash adds, “When I heard Arjun had won the National award for Rock On I was ecstatic. He is fantastic in my film. But it’s Ranbir I’m most hopeful about. I hope, no in fact I’m pretty certain he’ll win the National Award for his performance.”
Contemplating on Katrina Kaif’s excellent performance he is pinning much hope on her, he states, “The girl has breathed fire and passion into her role. From the way she metamorphoses from a young vivacious girl to the way she walks to give her public speeches as a politician. Audiences won’t be able to believe the transformation of Katrina Kaif. I won’t be surprised if both Ranbir and Katrina win National awards.”
Well Katrina you do have a reason to covet for the National Award when you have so many under your confidence.
