May be her liking is due to her strings of big 'Khans' in most of her films and have developed a good perspective upon them. First she started with Aamir Khan starrer blockbuster 'Ghajini' 2008 and then worked with Salman Khan in her second film 'London Dreams' last year. 

It was in perspective with adjectives she has to pick for each three Khans, Asin stated, "Aamir is very focused, Salman has a cool attitude and Shah Rukh, from what I have seen of him, seems to be very charming." 

Though she does not need any introduction as she has already bagged three Filmfare awards, first one as the Best Telugu Actress, 2003, second was for Best Actress Award in the South Filmfare and the third 'Best Female Debut' at Filmfare Award for the Hindi  film Ghajini'. 

She landed in Bollywood in her teens but actually hails from Kerala and never dreamt of becoming a hit actress in her childhood. 

Since she belonged to an academic background family, she added "It might sound like a cliche, but becoming an actress was never my ambition. I would have probably gone into academics like my parents. I am the black sheep in my family as no one else has any connection with films."   

Currently she is interested in selective few projects; she adds "I'm taking up select films which excite me, which is why I do not have a number of releases one after another. I have some films in hand now but none of them have gone on floors yet so I cannot reveal anything about them."
