Salman’s Valuable Feedbacks To Make ‘Dabangg’ A Hit Salman Khan |
Salman has always been the on-screen star and have hardly contributed anything big from behind the screen. This time, he has added much more effect in Arbaaz Khan’s production movie, ‘Dabangg’.
While brother Arbaaz adds, “Salman is a very experienced superstar. This happens to be his brother's production, which makes it a 'ghar ki baat'. He is the star of the film. I considered every suggestion from Salman to be like words written in gold and we incorporated them accordingly.”
He also adds, “I don't think Salman has contributed more from behind-the-camera to any of his films. Earlier in some of his films he tried to make suggestions which were unfortunately not taken well. In Dabangg, we welcomed Salman's inputs warmly. He has added considerably to the film's overall mood and feeling, especially in the action scenes.”
There are five lengthy sequences in the field which includes a climatic eruption lasting 20 minutes. This scene is particularly monitored and briefed by Salman Khan. S. Vijayan, who did the action sequences for the actor in ‘Wanted’, worked on Salman’s brief.
Salman’s brief to Vijayan was very simple, “Make the action sequences bigger and better than Wanted."
So, he worked as a team in the movie, ‘Dabangg’ and has tried to his best of inputs in the movie. A total of 60 hours were taken to make the action sequences of the movie.
