Salman Khan Gets In SIFCC Controversy Salman Khan |
‘Old habits die hard’ is a famous quote which holds good in Salman’s case, unfortunately every time. It’s the SIFCC (South Indian Film Chamber Of Commerce), which coils him this time.
Salman was so enchanted by the beautiful surroundings of Sri Lanka that he suggested the film-makers of the upcoming movie ‘Ready’ to shoot there in place of Mauritius.
Now, the crux of the whole story lies in the fact, that SIFCC also opposed the attending of IIFA awards by the Bollywood stars.
On the top of that, Salman is up to shoot in the place and is also getting the Southern beauty, Asin into trouble.
The General Secretary, L.Suresh of SIFCC says “We will go for a non-cooperation motion against the film, if the news turns out to be true.”
“Now, we are going to act against only those, who shoot their films in Sri Lanka. We are not interested in creating problems for the distributors and producers.”
Salman has also got a letter from SIFCC, containing information about their decision, but the actor didn’t accept the letter.
He is getting deeper into trouble with the SIFCC, as his movie ‘Dabang’ is also set to release in September. As a result, it will not be shown in the Southern states, sue to SIFCC opposition.
