Salman Wears Moustache Like Shatrughan In ‘Dabangg’ Salman Khan |
Salman Khan attempts to wear thin moustaches in the movie, ‘Dabangg’ and says that the reason for wearing those moustaches is to completely look like his character and not like Salman Khan. He also mentions that his moustache look is inspired from veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha’s general look.
Chulbul Pandey is the name of the character of Salman Khan in the movie, ‘Dabangg’. He plays the role of a typical Bihari corrupt cop, who is indulged in some illegal activities and doesn’t maintain the grace of the police force.
Salman adds about his look, “I wanted to look like my onscreen character Chulbul Pandey and not like Salman Khan. I am wearing the moustache because the role demanded one. It is a thin moustache, similar to the one Shatruji keeps.”
Salman was in the Indian capital recently to promote his movie. Debutante actress Sonakshi Sinha, director Abhinav Kashyap and producer Arbaaz Khan were also present in the event. The music launch of the movie also took place.

There is a hot and happening track in the movie called ‘Munni Badnam’ which shows item-girl Malaika Arora Khan dancing with the actor in it. Salman considers Malaika a fantabulous dancer and says that in the whole Bollywood industry only, Shilpa Shetty has the metal to pose any competition to her.
