Versatile actor Michael Douglas is slowly getting back on track after defeating the throat cancer demon. The veteran actor is getting ready for his role in new biopic Liberace.
Douglas, 66 who will be portraying the role of legendary musician late Wladziu Valentino Liberace in the biopic is all set to learn piano for the movie.
The actor also admitted that slowly and steadily he has to gain his strength before he make a return to Hollywood. In the movie, Douglas will be sharing screen space with famous star Matt Damon.
"I lost a lot of muscle mass, so I`m going to work on that. I`m going to get my fingers ready for Liberace," Douglas said.
"I`ve been watching a lot of tapes of him. He wasn`t the greatest dancer nor the greatest singer, but he was a great pianist and entertainer," he said.
"We`ll see how it goes," he added.
