Love Triangle In ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ Turns More Intense Robert Pattinson |
The third installment of the vampire series, ‘Twilight’ claims to have extra ingredients of love, sex and violence. With Summit Entertainment decided to hire director David Slade who is popularly known for making horror flicks indicates that the ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ will be a dark and bloody tale.
But, the person associated with the flick assures that still there will be love in the air.
The new series will see the love triangle between Edward, Bella and Jacob turning out to be more intense with Jacob steeling a kiss from Bella.
Robert Pattinson who portrays the role of Edward quoted, “In terms of the violence, I guess that makes it a little bit more grown-up. It's just a more accessible story line. Being torn between two lovers doesn't really happen when you're eight. It's more grown-up in that respect."
Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart, who plays the lead character of Bella Swan said that even though she is bounded to choose Edward but Jacob makes things interesting.
"I think there's always one person that loves the other person more. And that's so heartbreaking. In this case, you add another person. And it's interesting because she actually loves them both. And so you're going to have to absolutely slaughter one of them, no matter what."
The werewolf Jacob, (Taylor Lautner) was delighted to get the opportunity to kiss Bella.
"It was different. It was weird, just that Jacob actually got to kiss Bella. It was good. I mean, it was kind of the ultimate movie kiss. Because we were on top of this mountain. There was a beautiful background. The camera is circling around us. And there we are kissing,” Taylor Lautner said.
Robert Pattinson revealed that his character will not have physical intercourse with Bella, even though she wants to, until they are married.
"If they said at the beginning of the saga, like Edward and Bella: 'Listen, we're never going to have sex. That's just how it is. I don't have genitals, I don't think it'd be half as successful.” Pattinson said laughing.
