Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan who was ordered to get back to jail on Friday after failing to pass the court ordered drug tests has been permitted bail on the terms of paying $300,000 bond.
Last week Lindsay confirmed that she failed to pass the drug test. In one she tested positive for cocaine and the other for Adderall.
After a daylong court drama finally the actress was awarded the bail but yet it is not known when the beauty will be released. However, LiLio will not be a free bird after getting out of jail as she will be required to wear SCRAM alcohol-detection bracelet within 24 hours, as ordered by the court.
Judge Patricia Schnegg granted bail to Lohan after her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, filed a motion challenging the judge`s ruling before Friday afternoon.
"I pray to God that Shawn does the right thing and advises her to go right into rehab now, and show the judge she's serious, because in 30 days when she goes back before the judge he can do whatever he wants," Michael Lohan had told the reporters.
