Samsung has launched two new Corby variants, Corby Plus B3410 and Corby Pro B5310 in Indian markets. This is in context with the rise in popularity of the recently released Corby handsets.
Samsung Corby Plus is known basically as the Corby B3410 in other markets. In India, Samsung has taken the cue from the popularity to make a decent sale from these Corby sets.
Earlier, Samsung had released the first Corby phone called S3650 in India and it had also received a brisk response from the Indian customers. So the company is upbeat about the sale of these two new sets.
Both the Corby Plus and the Corby Pro sport with slide-out QWERTY keypads along with social networking features including Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. It seems to woo the young Indian customers, who want to be in touch with family and friends always.
Samsung Corby Pro B5310 sports 3.2 MP camera with GPS and Wi-Fi connectivity. More to it, there is also a 3.5 mm jack to carry the set easily. In the new set, the memory has been doubled to offer the maximum advantage.
The Corby Pro B5310 is available in India at Rs. 13,900.
The other Samsung set called the Corby Plus B3410 is however a little different with just a 2MP camera and 3.5mm jack. The set has no GPS or WiFi with it.
The Samsung Corby Plus is priced at Rs 10,500.
