Hollywood stars Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman has been shortlisted to star in The Dark Tower. The movie which is a adaptation of Stephen King`s fantasy horror may see the two H-town hunky sharing the screen space.
Ron Howard, the director of the flick has confirmed the reports and added that he is presently in talks with the actors for the movie. Howard is quite sure that both the actors will agree to star in the movie.
"We`ve been meeting and talking and I`ve been researching and just kind of living with it. I really can`t stop thinking about it.”
"I`ve been constantly going through stuff and I`ve just been re-listening to it on audio books on my iPod and we`ve been sending e-mails back and forth, `What about this approach? What do you think of this idea?` We`re finding the shape of it. We`re moving quickly now, as quickly as we can, and I feel challenged in the most exciting ways," Howard added.
The Dark Tower is a series of books written by King, which include themes from various genres, including fantasy, science fantasy, horror and western. It describes a Gunslinger and his mission toward a tower.
