As per the reports, Apple’s iPad got a huge response from the customers as its first run has already been sold out this weekend. And, the customers waiting to get an iPad may have to wait for an extra nine days after the official US launch on April 12.
According to Apple sources, the US customers have been able to order the iPad for two weeks now. They can collect the product either from the store on April 3 or have it delivered.
Apple has set April 12 as the next date for people to get the iPad.
Apple iPhone has created huge sensation among the technophiles.So expectedly, thousands of Apple fans will be camping outside the company's shops to get their own copy of the touch screen tablet computer.
It is also predicted that the iPad could well outsell the Apple's iPhone, which was launched in 2007, which had got a good response by selling 1 million units within 74 days of its launch.
Apple iPad prices in the US start at $499. And, the most advanced model costs $829 to the user.
