Filmmaker Karan Johar, the man who made the impossible possible by bringing the three superstars of Bollywood together in his 2001 release Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is now planning a sequel to the film.
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog informing that Johar is pitching a sequel and is quite excited about it. The film starred Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan in leading roles.
"Karan Johar and we talk of cinema and other lighter moments. His visit to Goa and the sudden impulse to do a sequel to `Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham`, for he felt that all the relevant characters were still around and `how`," Big B wrote on his blog.
"It would be a story on the growth of the brothers and the problems that arise because of their independent understanding and working of the business empire of the father, a split within them and so on," he added.
But before venturing into the sequel Big B is willing to know the reaction of the fans and has asked his fans what they feel about the idea?
The movie which also starred Jaya Bachchan, Kajol and Kareena Kapoor, in the female lead, was India’s biggest hit in the overseas market.
"I tell him I shall run a reaction to this on my blog and seek information on its feasibility. So what does everyone feel? Yes or no? (sic)... Tel me tell me tell me...no," he wrote.
