Xtreamer Prodigy, the new next generation media player has been announced by the media streamer firm Xtreamer. The Realtek-based media streamer comes loaded with advanced features that make the device offer ‘out of the box’ solution.
The Xtreamer Prodigy player is equipped with USB 3.0, memory of 256Mb RAM and 512 Mb NAND flash memory and FULL HD multimedia files. The device also supports Internet access. The company promises ‘crisp playback of’ of multimedia files.
“With the launch of Xtreamer Prodigy!, we will continue in 2011 to achieve our compelling mission of being a leading provider of FULL HD comprehensive media centers encapsulated into a very compact unit yet very capable devices in a very aggressive price tag. The Xtreamer Prodigy, is mainly aimed for the setting of a modern media playback solution that works out of the box,” the company says in its website.
The other specifications include HDMI, Wi-Fi, HDD docking, RJ45 LAN and Adobe Flash Graphical User Interface. Some of the services that are accessible from device are Apple AirPlay, Facebook, Google Talk, Mediafly Pandora and Last FM.
The Xtreamer Prodigy player comes bundled with a remote control for 119 Euros. According to sources, the player is also available in Mumbai and Delhi.
