ViewSonic has planned to capture 10% of the total tablet market share in 2011 and as part of its plan, it would launch many new products including a 9.7-inch Nvidia Tegra 2 tablet in first quarter next year.
According to statistics, there are about 45 million tablets in the market. Now, the company has aimed at selling about two million sets in the market.
Similarly, Apple is eyeing to grab about 50% of tablet sales in 2011.
ViewSonic will launch the tablets in different price ranges through its distribution networks all over the world.
The other products from the company include Android 2.2 powered ViewPad 7 slate and 10-inch Atom N450 PC with dual-boot option including Windows 7 and Android 1.6.
