Tamil Actor Murali Dies At 46 Murali |
Murali, the famous Tamil actor, died on Wednesday at 7.30 a.m. due to heart attack, his family confirmed. The 46-year old actor had chest pain in the morning after which he was taken to hospital. Unfortunately, Murali was declared brought dead by doctors.
Murali, reportedly had a major heart attack two days before and was admitted in Rama Chandra Hospital, Chennai.
The actor, son of Kannada film director Siddalingaia, is survived by his wife Shobha and children Kaavya and Adharva.
Murali was the most popular actor in late 80’s and early 90’s. His film career began with the movie “Poovilangu” in 1984, which was a superb hit. Murali’s ‘Idhayam’ movie was huge hit which gave the actor a major break in his film career.
His other hits were ‘Pudu Vasantham’, ‘Porkalam’, ‘Sundara Travels’ and ‘Kadal Pookal’, which brought him Tamil Nadu best actor award in 2001. And his recent movie ‘Kavasam’ is scheduled for release this week.
