The bosses of the hit US show, ‘Glee’ wants singer Susan Boyle to star in the show. The Scottish singer has been approached by the producer of the ‘Glee’.
The co-creator of ‘Glee’, Ryan Murphy revealed that he wants Boyle to portray the role of dinner lady for a festive special. It is said that the role was earlier pencilled in for Jennifer Lopez.
Ryan Murphy quoted, "Susan, I have two words for you: 'Lunch Lady.”
"I think Kurt Hummel (character played by Chris Colfer in the show) would just die to give her a Christmas makeover. I don't even know if she's interested, but it's been pitched," he added.
An insider of the show claimed that there are many celebrities who want to appear on the show but Murphy wants Susan to sing ‘I Dreamed a Dream.”
Glee is an American musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States. It focuses on a high school glee club called ‘New Directions’, at the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio.
