The Pop world is surprised and shocked by the news that the Boyzone singer Ronan Keating has ended his 12-years of marriage with wife, Yvonne.
A statement was released on the couple’s behalf, “With great sadness Ronan and Yvonne Keating today announce their separation. The separation is amicable and they will continue to work together in order to provide the best for their children. The family ask for privacy at this difficult time."
Even, the Keating’s former manager Louis Walsh was taken by surprise after he came to know about the split. Louis added that he did not know anything about the separation. “I’m completely shocked. I hope they sort it out and get back together,” he said.
Keating first met Irish model Yvonne Connolly, 36 in his teenage days but they were not romantically linked. After a short romance, the couple finally married on 30 April 1998 in Nevis.
The couple has three children together. Couple’s elder son, Jack was born within a year of their marriage and they have two daughters, Marie and Ali.
