Today, the Rajasthan Royals who won debut IPL champions trophy bought leading players Rahul Dravid, Johan Both and Ross Taylor.
"We have had many constraints in the run up to the auctions. We are really happy that we are here," Shilpa was quoted as saying.
Rajasthan Royals bought Indian batsman Dravid for USD 500,000 while paid whopping amount USD 1 million to purchase New Zealand batsman Taylor. The team also picked up South African Botha for USD 950,000.
"Ross is an attacking batsman and we are happy to have bought him," said Shilpa.
