Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Ra.One’ Will Have ‘The Prodigy’ Band On Board Shah Rukh Khan |
Shah Rukh is putting his head and toes in making his home production and his first super hero movie, ‘Ra.One’ a success. He has roped in legendary and famous American band ‘The Prodigy’ to compose the background score for it.
The famous American band will be coming to India in January next year to work on the movie details. The band will work together with music director duo, Vishal-Shekhar for composing the background score.
The band has given some amazing hits like ‘Smack My Bitch Up’ and ‘Firestarter’, the Indian music composers would be lucky enough to work with the team.
Confirming the news, music director Vishal says, “We are in discussions with The Prodigy to do a track in RA.One. They are quite keen and so are we. Currently we are in the process of working out schedules. They are playing the Invasion festival in January. So we are going to try and work dates out around that. This will be one of the biggest collaborations ever. Can`t wait."
As per the sources the story of the film is very Indian, with Kareena in the lead story, but the way King Khan is bringing in extreme resources is very challenging.
Sources add, “The story of the film is very Indian at heart but the treatment is very high-tech. Hollywood has made a lot more films with superheroes and therefore has a better know-how with the genre."
The movie will be edited by Martin Walsh of the ‘Chicago’ fame, it is set to release by the next year.
