In Bollywood’s box office ‘Race’ was as an average scorer apart from sizzling hot number of Katrina Kaif opposite Saif Ali Khan that is till date listed as an hot number. But Saif is ready to take this movie in a different pattern who wants to highlight it in the format of spy thriller ‘Agent Vinod’.

 

This next venture of ‘Race’ series will be done under Saif’s home production which is soon set to get on floor by the March end after the completion of heir script. After ‘Love Aaj Kal’ it will be Saif’s second home production launch which is to be directed by Sriram Raghavan.

 

Final touches are being given to the script, Saif stated, "A lot has been said about 'Agent Vinod', but we are very much on track. Final touches are being given to the script and at the end of March we should have the film on the floors.”

 

To do a romantic comedy is also something that is high on his list of priorities as Saif adds,  "Meanwhile, I definitely want to work on 'Race 2'. To do a romantic comedy is also something that stands high up in my list, but then I am just waiting for a great script to come my way."

The actor has many hits to his credit like ‘Hum Tum’, ‘Salaam Namaste’, ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’, 'Parineeta' and 'Ek Haseena Thi'.

Saif goes on to say, " 'Being Cyrus' was nice and offbeat too and then considering the kind of perception that people had for me, 'Omkara' turned out to be huge as it showed quite some range. And now as we stand, I have a production like 'Love Aaj Kal'. So, yeah, it's not that bad after all."

 

Hope Saif’s race for his next flick ‘Race 2’ proves to be successful like his previous hit movie under his home production.
