Sagem’s PUMA phone whose release was anticipated at the previous Mobile World Congress is finally here to the delight of mobile geeks.
Developed in collaboration with PUMA, the touch phone can also be used as a sport tool such as a speedometer for your mountain or racing cycle. It also sports a solar panel on the back that is Sagem and PUMA’s way of saying the phone is green. On the technical side, the phone uses a 3.2MP camera which is now the standard on any non-camera oriented phone. As a treat, this camera is accompanied with an LED flash. Connectivity options are plenty and extras include other sports oriented functions like pedometer and a turntable app.
The phone is also reminiscent of the already launched S7550 Blue Earth which shares similar specs. The phone will be available online at the PUMA store starting this April. It will likely be price at 400 Euros or at Rs. 25,000 which is a reasonable rate for this power packed phone.
