Sagem may announce its Puma phone in the upcoming Mobile World Congress. Though, the same device had already cropped up in October 2009, but now the phone is thought to be released soon.
The Puma phone teaser was there for some time in YouTube, but soon that was removed later.
As per the revelation, the set has a large solar panel on the back of the phone. It is expected to be a touchscreen phone. Apart from that, the cell may be incorporated with GPS, video chat, pedometer and bike tracking applications. There are also certain other features like instant messaging, a sports news application, stopwatch, a ‘music turntable’. The set has a camera too for the camera enthusiasts.
Puma handset may also offer access to the Puma World comprising of news from football, motorsport, sailing and more. More to it, the users can also use several Puma apps and games.
The Puma handset is expected to be released in the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona from Feb 15-18. However, there is no word about its pricing as of now.
