Pop star Rihanna is in no mood to give up the legal battle with her former trainer Cindy Percival.
The ‘Unfaithful’ singer's former trainer filed a lawsuit against Rihanna in Los Angeles County Superior Court in late April and claimed that the singer owes her $26,144 in unpaid wages from 2009.
Now the singer has filed a counter-suit in the same court, stating that Cindy ran off with at least $26,244 of her cash.
Rihanna stated that she had given Cindy more than $24,000 for services. And when she fired Cindy back in 2009, the trainer failed to pay back the balance.
However, Cindy denied of any payment she received giving personal training sessions to the singer between September and October which was $1,500 per day.
