RGV is known for creating some or the other controversy; he is more of a controversy man rather than a great director. His upcoming movie ‘Raktacharitra’ is reportedly coiled in another controversy and as a result he is even getting some threatening calls for the same.
The Vivek Oberoi starrer ‘Raktacharitra’ has become a negative attention gainer as a character of the movie is based on a character modeled on Paritala Ravi, the slain TDP MLA from Anantpur district.
The controversy has not aroused from Paritala Ravi, but rival S Obul Reddy, who is also slain and he says that the movie makers have shown Reddy’s character in a negative depiction. The character is played by actor Abhimanyu Singh.
While an infuriated Ramu has said that even if Reddy’s ghost comes to haunt him, then also he won’t step back from releasing the movie.
But, the latest reports say that Ramu has started to get life threatening calls from a stranger. The director has reported against that person to the Andhra Pradesh police regarding the matter. The film is slated for an October release.
