The dimpled beauty of Bollywood, Preity Zinta will be acting as the brand ambassador of hilly state Himachal Pradesh, she is from the town of Shimla and so people would see her as the ideal brand ambassador of the state.

 

Noble laureate Dalai Lama was another contender for the brand ambassador position, but since Preity more strongly relates for being one, so the CM of the state finally gave her the chance.

 

CM, Prem Kumar Dhumal announced Preity’s name as the Brand ambassador on Tuesday, he added, “Preity Zinta would motivate world-renowned personalities and entrepreneurs to visit and invest in high-end tourism in the state. She has agreed in principle to act as a brand ambassador for tourism.”

 

Preity will be working in several ad-campaigns, which will focus on tourism attention and handling the rising environmental issues. Arun Sharma, Tourism director of the state, went to Mumbai to meet the actress and get her consent regarding this.

 

Preity has always been related to the state and she did her schooling from famous and oldest, all women college, St. Bedes.
