Baywatch star Pamela Anderson for the first time has spoken out about her financial problem in public and has admitted that she failed to pay $500,000 in taxes. The actress insisted that she is trying to tackle the temporary but embarrassing situation.
The news of Pamela Anderson’s bankruptcy broke out after the California Franchise Tax Board released its annual list of delinquent taxpayers earlier this month, and named the Hollywood sex symbol as one of the main culprits.
According to California Franchise Tax Board, Anderson failed to pay a staggering $500,000 in income tax instalments.
The beauty explained, "I'm not trying to avoid any tax obligation. Certain events occurred, outside of my control, which caused this temporary but embarrassing situation. All of my tax obligations will be resolved in the very near future.”
