Hollywood siren Megan Fox who is popularly known as a sex symbol revealed that she desires to star in the remake of cult movie ‘The Lost Boys’. But, the beauty fears that the new flick could ‘destroy’ the original.
The ‘Jennifer's Body’ actress claims to be a big fan of 1987 relaese. ‘The Lost Boys’ is about two Arizonan brothers who move to California and end up fighting a gang of teenage vampires. It stars Kiefer Sutherland, Corey Feldman and the late Corey Haim in the main roles.
Fox quoted, "They couldn't remake it because it would destroy it, but I've always loved 'The Lost Boys'. The female character in it is not really amazing, but if you were to turn one of the male characters into a female, I would love to do that.”
"That movie has stuck with me my whole life. There's something magic about it for me," she added.
The 24-year old hottie also added that she is not interested in doing any romantic comedies as she doesn't feel old enough yet.
"I'm wary of doing romantic comedies; you could end up doing them all the time. Business-wise, those movies are very safe. But I'm 24, I don't belong in a romantic comedy yet. A black comedy like 'Jennifer's Body' maybe, but I don't know if I could do something like 'The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants'," she said.
