Hollywood beauty Megan Fox has been dumped by the Paramount Pictures for the third installment of the flick, ‘Transformers’.
Paramount Pictures has confirmed the reports that the studio has not renewed the actress for their forthcoming flick, ‘Transformers 3’.
According to movie insiders, it was director Michael Bay’s decision not to rope in the 24 year old actress for the successful movie franchise. But, the representative of the beauty has claimed it was the actress who decided not to return to the franchise.
Megan Fox representative quoted, "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."
Reportedly, Fox will be replaced by the ‘Prince of Persia’ star, Gemma Arterton.
The character of ‘Mikaela Banes’ is portrayed by Megan Fox in the 2007 and 2009 films. Mikaela Banes is differentiated from ‘typical’ women in her age group, having inherited mechanical skills from her father and also serves the role of Sam Witwicky's love interest.
The things started to soar between Fox and Bay after the actress branded the director as ‘Hitler’ and added that ‘he's a nightmare to work for’. In return Bay commented on Fox by saying, “she still has a lot of growing up to do''.
