Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan who is spending time in rehab spent her thanksgiving day with her estranged father Michael Lohan. LiLo was allowed to move out of the Betty Ford Center in order to spend the day with her family.
The actress was allotted the permission of 15 hours only. The ‘Mean Girl’ star drove to her Los Angeles home to have the Thanksgiving meal with Michael and a group of friends.
However, the 24-year old beauty returned to the facility later in evening.
Seems like Thanksgiving meal proved lucky for the beauty and her family as they have showed the signs of reunion.
Meanwhile, Michael who shares strained relationship with his star daughter and ex-wife Dina, said, "Look it was cleansing and it was productive. I don't want to talk about Lindsay. But let me say that Dina had great parents and I had great parents and unfortunately we both lost our fathers. God rest his soul."
"But we are both striving to be on the same page and be good parents to Lindsay. Like we used to be - we just want to put things back in order."
After Lindsay failed in a drug test in September, a Los Angeles court has ordered her to remain in rehab until January 3, 2011. The next court hearing is scheduled for February 25, 2011.
