Lindsay Lohan: I Want My Career Back Lindsay Lohan |
After spending 14 days in prison and 23 days in rehab center Lindsay Lohan says that she wants her career back. LiLo discussed about her career, drugs, time in prison and rehab in the upcoming issue of Vanity Fair.
The 24-year-old actress admitted in the interview that she was wrong and ‘dabbling in certain things’.
However, before serving her jail term, the beauty had defended her actions but now it seems LiLo is totally a changed person.
She had said, "So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons," Lohan said. "A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party."
However, now the actress is desperate to give her career a new start and is confident that even today she can rock the box-office with her immense talent, "I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress."
The ‘Mean Girl’ beauty further added that she will do whatever possible to clean her image.
"I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway."
But, LiLo is still not in good terms with her father, Michael Lohan and said, "I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life."
The issue of Vanity Fair will hit newsstands in New York and Los Angeles on Thursday.
