Venice, one of the sexy cities of the world has banned the new billboard of Bulgari handbags featuring Hollywood babe Julianne Moore. In the fashion campaign the beauty is seen wearing nothing but covering her assests with bag and lion cubs.
However, the new campaign failed to convince the mayor of Venice, Giorgio Orsoni who believes the picture is ‘inappropriate’.
"An advertisement showing a nude woman on a divan is not appropriate for St Mark's Square," said Orsoni.
“I take account of the fact that Venice is part of the real word…but we cannot accept these Hollywood-style images. There are intelligent sponsors, and we need to come up with advertising that suits Venice, not Times Square,” President of the Venice Foundation added.
Now, the Bulgari is planning to post the new ad of fully-clothed ‘Far From Heaven’ star promoting Bulgari jewellery.
