Katie Holmes’ Dance Scholarship Fund To Be Set Up Katie Holmes |
Hollywood actress Katie Holmes has teamed up with director Adam Shankman and reality TV producer Nigel Lythgoe to set up a dance scholarship fund.
Holmes, who is set to appear on Lythgoe's US show "So You Think You Can Dance" on July 23 along with Adam, Nigel and "Dancing With the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba, has set up the Dizzy Feet Foundation.
The scholarship organization will give underprivileged youngsters the opportunity to take part in dance programs and win grants to enroll in accredited dance studios.
"I think it’s important for children to experience music and dance. Every child should have the opportunity to discover what it is they like and have access to the very best in that pursuit," said the actress.
