Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez is trying to revive her acting career with "The Back-Up Plan" and was spotted soaking wet on the movie set.
The 39-year-old shivered between takes as she was soaked by the rain machine in Manhattan. In the scene, her character Zoe tries to hail a cab, but gets drenched in the meantime.
Lopez is playing a woman who becomes pregnant through in-vitro fertilisation, but also meets the man of her dreams the same day.
Australian actor Alex McLoughlin plays her lover in the movie.
Lopez has not had much success in the past few years and is working on a comeback movie. Her last movie "Bordertown" went straight to DVD in the States.
