Shakira does 15 minutes of sit-ups a day and an everyday workout to keep her body in shape before she finally goes on to promote her album. The Latin diva is ready for the launch of her eagerly awaited album, “She Wolf’, which is believed to be on the way of success.
According to reports the ’Hips Don’t Lie’ hit-maker is moaning and groaning throughout the songs some of which have been produced by Pharrell Williams.
When asked about her curves, she replied that “I’ve been doing 15 minutes of sit-ups a day and working out pretty much every day. It doesn't take long to get your body back into shape though - two weeks tops,” she added.
