Friends very close to Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston have been quoted saying that the actress needs to put an end to her boozing habit, even if it means that she has to attend a rehab.
‘Jen's perspective is that it's better to have two or three glasses of red wine than to take a sleeping pill to get to sleep,' a friend has been quoted telling to the Now.
‘The other day, she was tipsy and ranting at friends about Angelina Jolie, which they see as an unhealthy obsession of Jen's. She's still bitterly competitive with Angelina and it's the subject that'll come up time and time again after she's had a few”, adds a girl friend of the ‘Friends’ actress.
But her friends also mentioned that the ‘Love Happens’ actress, otherwise, has a healthy lifestyle. She has a personal chef, who prepares and offers fresh, low-fat meals. Aniston is a regular practitioner of yoga as well as weight training. But her friends mentioned that she does not get sleep unless she consumes alcohol.
‘The problem is that Jen's so tiny, just a few glasses can really knock her out,' the source adds.
‘Her drinking is certainly not excessive by British standards.'
But Aniston’s spokesman has snubbed the claims that she drinks excessively and has mentioned them as ‘nonsense' stuff.
