Fiat India has launched the next generation Linea T-Jet sedan versions on Friday. The company believes the new T-Jet and T-Jet Plus would reach it in the premium sedans segment.
The Fiat Linea variants come priced at Rs. 84.4 lakh onwards (ex-showroom, Mumbai). With the torque of 207 Nm, the model is equipped with the turbo charged petrol engine, the first of its kind in the premium sedan segment and disc brakes and dual airbags for safety. The T-Jet Plus model comes priced at Rs.9.29 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The T-Jet and T-Jet Plus has been priced at Rs.8.55 lakh and Rs.8.99 lakh (ex- showroom Delhi).
“The Linea T-Jet is a product that has been refined according to the feedback received from existing and potential customers. It literally sets a benchmark in the C plus segment with its robust engine and the never ending list of features. Linea T-Jet is sure to give competition in the C plus segment, a run for its money,” Fiat India Automobiles President and CEO Rajeev Kapoor.
Initially, the sedan will be sold in Mumbai, Pune and the Delhi, the company said. Fiat's other popular models include Grande Punto, Linea and Stile in India.
