The Chevrolet Suburban is rightly the first SUV ever. This automobile, which is now in its 12th edition, is now entering its 75th year of service under the moniker Diamond Edition.
Limited to only 2570 units, the Suburban Diamond Edition starts with the LTZ package and is avaialble in either 2WD or 4WD versions. The diamond edition comes standard with many features including rear view camera, parking assist, remote start, Bluetooth, XM Radio and NavTraffic. What makes the Diamond Edition unique from the regular Suburban is a White Diamond Tricoat paintjob, Cashmere coloured interior, special 20-inch chrome rims, roof rack rail and commemorative badges on the wheel cap, sill plates and front headrests.
This version of the car is powered by GM’s Vortec 5.3-litre FlexFuel engine that’s mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The SUV will be available in the second quarter of this year.
