Charlie Sheen will serve 30 days behind bars for his Christmas Day attack on his wife after reaching a plea deal with Colorado prosecutors.
The actor spent part of Christmas Day in an Aspen jail after a fight with Brooke Mueller at the couple's ski retreat.
And now it has been reported that Sheen will plead no contest to misdemeanour assault and serve 30 more days in jail.
He will enter a no contest plea to third degree assault and begin serving time on Monday. A felony menacing charge against the actor will be dismissed.
Sheen is expected to serve 17 days. He will also be required to complete 36 hours of anger management classes.
