Big B owns almost everything he desires, right from a Rolls Royce to the most expensive watch. But, as an addition he has purchased an agricultural land for Rs 1.5 crore in outskirts of Lucknow.

 

 

The land seller in Kakori area on the outskirts of Lucknow must have been overwhelmed with happiness for getting a great deal for his land. However, the land purchase story was kept under wraps, but the seller disclosed the news.

 

 

C.N Dixit, the land owner confirms, “Amitabh Bachchan has purchased 2.4 hectares of land in Muzaffarnagar village of Kakori; while part of the land is in the joint name of his wife and himself, another plot was purchased in the name of his son Abhishek.”

 

 

The cost of the land approximates to Rs 1.55 crores and it has gone for further proceedings of mutation.

 

The sub-divisional magistrate also confirms, “The sale deed of the land purchased by the Bachchans was signed three days back and they have now applied for mutation, for which certain formalities are necessary; at present, I am getting the documents examined.”
