Hollywood’s favourite leading lady Julia Roberts who is known for her striking good looks and engaging personality is not in favour to try Botox as she believes natural aging is better than artificial beauty treatments.

Roberts, 42 who is the face of French cosmetic company Lancome added that Botox is harmful as it takes away the reality quotient and leaves the face look frozen, expressionless.

The actress quoted, "It's unfortunate that we live in such a panicked, dysmorphic society where women don't even give themselves a chance to see what they'll look like as an older person.”

"I want to have some idea of what I'll look like before I start cleaning the slates. I want my kids to know when I'm p***ed, when I'm happy, and when I'm confounded. Your face tells a story and it shouldn't be a story about your drive to the doctor's office," she added.

Julia has three kids, five-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and son Henry, three, with her cameraman husband Daniel Moder.

Botox is a protein produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum, and is known to be highly neurotoxic. It is now commonly used for various cosmetic and medical procedures.
