Veteran star Dharmendra has said that his upcoming flick Yamla Pagla Deewana will throw glace at his past thirty years film characters. The rib-tickling comedy flick will see the old star perform with his sons Sunny and Bobby.
The film is slated for a theatre release on 14th of January. The father - sons combo was last seen in 2007 release ‘Apne’.
The 75-year-old actor told media-persons, “The audience will get to watch the Dharmendra of the last thirty years.”
"We waited long for a good comic script. We have tried to do something different here. After ‘Apne’, we wanted to make the audience roll with laughter. Yamla... will be a muscular comedy with three macho men," added Dharmendra.
The trio will be seen in a quite different avatar in the chaotic comic flick .An excited Bobby said,"Papa has completed 50 years in the film industry. This film is a gift to him from us.”
Sunny deol who is known for his macho image quips, "I find difficulty in dancing, apart from that I can do anything.”
Deols who are known to keep themselves away from media eye have jumped into the promo platform this time.Sunny on a loud promotion says, "We can scream well in films. So we are blowing our own trumpet.”
The starcast includes Kulraj Randhawa who came into limelight with TV series ‘Kareena Kareena’, Nafisa Ali, Anupam Kher, Mukul Dev and Johnny Lever.
