World’s Thinnest Laptop ‘Dell Adamo XPS’ Launched Dell Adamo XPS |
Dell has promised to come up with the thinnest laptop ‘Adamo XPS’ in the coming weeks. Though it has announced the product in the UK, yet the company has yet to come with the details.
In early September, it was revealed to be an ultra-slim laptop with 9.99mm thickness and weighing 1.44kg only. Dell promises that it will be the world’s thinnest laptop.
The ‘Adamo XPS’ laptop will carry a 13.4in screen. Apart from that it features a fresh design with a foldable keyboard. The laptop is associated with the superfast Core 2 Duo processor and 4GB of DDR3 memory. It also has a 128GB Flash instead of the traditional one which keeps the set a lighter one.
The new ultra-thin laptop runs with the latest Windows 7 OS.
According to Dell, the keypad in this new set is made to fold down from the body of the laptop with the swipe of a finger. The keypad is also secured with aluminium keycaps. More to it, the system has a nice touchpad and built-in location map.
The Adamo XPS has a replaceable battery which can offer up to 5 hours and 17 minutes of life. The system has also twin USB ports and an external display output.
