To add more glitterati, Bollywood shining stars like Vivek Oberoi, Sameera Reddy and Amisha Patel will be performing at the 34th National Games opening ceremony. All these three stars will be staging activities for about 33,000-strong audience in Jharkhand.
Jharkhand archer Deepika Kumari will be lighting the Games flame. After that, a march past by the taking-part teams will follow.
To cheer up the huge crowd, well-known Shweta Tiwari will be the anchor of the show whereas singer Sukhwinder Singh will be singing his famous songs for the crowd. However, neither the President, or the Vice-President nor the Prime Minister of India will be coming for this inauguration.
However, schoolchildren won’t be missed as they are going to stage a performance in this 3-hours ceremony. Bihu dance steps by locals will be an added attraction, along with a fire dance by local artist’s of Jharkhand.
The games will be opened by Jharkhand Governor M.O.H. Farook. Chief Minister Arjun Munda, Tourism minister Subodh Kant Sahay will also be present.
This much awaited sporting event will start by this Sunday.
