Actress Vidya Balan has joined hands with Bengali Band Chandrabindu and played a Bengali housewife in a Nihar Naturals oil advertisement.

 

The hair oil brand has used the new track of this famous rock band’s album Aar Jani Na and Vidya will be playing a Bengali beauty for the ad. This is the first commercial which shows the rock band.

 

Vidya started her acting career with the Bengali flick Bhalo Theko and she is also the brand ambassador of this particular hair oil.

 

Vidya said, "The Bengali woman has always been very intelligent and progressive in her thinking. She can see through it when brands try to sell tall promises to her. She can judge for herself as to what is acceptable and what is not. The brand also is sincere, straightforward and simple."
