Bollywood actor, Uday Chopra recently has been diagnosed with tibio-fibular dysfunction. It is a condition that develops after running or over exerting oneself.
But, the actor seems to be cool with it and claimed that he is not worried about his condition. "It just sounds ominous. I have been running for a long time. I run non-stop for an hour everyday and that's taken a toll on my joints."
Uday Chopra also revealed that he has a flat foot which is the reason of the problem. "My flat feet have to bear the body weight and as a result of which my joints are under stress. The physiotherapist told me that it's also due to the way I put down my foot while running. So I have to change that and then everything will be fine”, the actor said.
According to reports the actor is spending much of his time in the gym but actor has dismissed the reports. "Not really. I have been working out for a very long time so it's nothing new. It's just a condition that needs some correction. I love running and I don't think anything can make me give it up."
