‘Dabangg’ has got laurels for many, but the movie has also side by side got some success for the corrupt cop of the movie ‘Cheddi Singh or Sonu Sood. He feels that the movie has proved to be a turning point in his life.

 

The 37 years old actor says, “Dabangg` has been a turning point in my career. It has taken me a step ahead and portrayed me in a different avatar. It has helped people know that I can do action also.”

 

He further says, “It feels really nice when you are recognized for your hard work. When you are not from the industry it is difficult to convince the people that you are capable of doing well. It feels great that after years, my hard work has finally paid off. I am receiving lots of film offers.”

 

The actor earned on-screen recognition from the movie ‘Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi’, after that he was seen in substantial roles in the movie ‘Jodha Akbar’ and ‘Singh Is King’.  

 

Meanwhile, the actor is gearing up for the movie ‘Buddha’ with Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.
