She has acted with her dream man, Salman Khan and has also become good friends with him. She has a star background and it got easy for her to find a good launch vehicle.
Sonakshi admits, “I couldn't have asked for a better launch.”
Even dad Shatrughan Sinha has appreciated her acting and looks in ‘Dabangg’ and was literally in tears when he saw its trailer.
She adds, “I showed dad the promo. His eyes were glued to the screen, and mine on him. My dad's seen the rough cut of the film and he's loved it and my mom's always around to take care of me."
Her confidence levels are already high and she expects a lot from the audiences and critics. In fact, Salman Khan has also worked a lot on giving a symmetrical look to her figure. He has worked his head and toes to make her eat only salad diet and do a lot of exercise.
Sonakshi also happens to have fascination for her nose rings and says that it has become an inevitable part of her now and she has been wearing it for the past 8 years.
She adds, “I got my nose pierced without telling my folks around eight years ago and haven't removed this nose ring since. I love it and think it looks super cool. It is a coincidence that it went with the look of my character.”
But, now she has plans to replace with a more contemporary looking stud and will get it done soon. She adds, "I am not the type to get tattoos done. But I am thinking I might sport a nose stud instead. Also it will be easier to remove it if I don't need it for my future roles."
